Summative Core Support Evaluation of LRCM

The Legal Resource Centre from Moldova (LRCM) is working to promote democracy and the rule of law through research, monitoring and advocacy activities, and received core support from Sida from 2017 to 2022. Jonas has been commissioned by the Embassy of Sweden in Moldova to assess the results of the core support, with a focus on LRCM’s performance in three main areas: Organisational development and governance; strategic planning and budgeting, and; post-core support preparedness.
