Development of a project results framework for cooperation between the Swedish and Moldovan Prison and Probation Services

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service (SPPS) has received Sida funding for a long-term development project with its counterpart in Moldova, focusing on strengthening human resource management. Jonas has been contracted by SPPS to develop a results framework for the project, including a Theory of Change, results matrix, a baseline study and a risk matrix, in consultation with all stakeholders. The results framework should enable continous monitoring of project progress and results, as well as learning and adaption.
