Organisational review of the Danish Red Cross

The Danish Red Cross is among the largest relief and development organisations in Denmark, and is one of the strategic partners of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Jonas is part of a team contracted by the MFA to review the overall organisational capacity of the Danish Red Cross to achieve agreed results, including a global and country-level assessment of strategy, programmes, administration and financial management. The review is intended to promote learning and accountability, and feed into the continued dialogue between MFA and the Danish Red Cross.
